BLACK MAIDENS EYE GERMANY SCALP



Black MaidensAfter starting their World Cup campaign on a bright note recording a 2-0 win over 2012 finalist North Korea, the black maidens of Ghana will be seeking a second straight win in the competition when they come up against Germany in their second group game.

Ghana who beat Germany 1-0 the last time the two sides meet in the same competition two years ago in Azerbaijan will be looking forward to make it two straight past the Germans to seal their qualification to the next round of this year’s competition.

Germany came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Canada in their opening game. Group B sees Ghana on top with 3 points to their credit while Germany and Canada has one point each with the 2008 champions Korea lying bottom with no point.

The game is scheduled to kick off at exactly 17:00gmt (11pm local time) on Tuesday night.
