BLACK QUEENS FACE ETHIOPIA IN CRUCIAL AWC QUALIFIER IN ADDIS ABABA




The female senior national soccer team, the Black Queens on Sunday will face their counterparts from Ethiopia in the first league of the African women championships in Addis Ababa [Ethiopia].
 
The Queens who have been camping in South Africa ahead of the crucial game touched down in Ethiopia as early as Wednesday in other to acclimatize themselves to the harsh weather condition in the East African nation.

The Black Queens who are chasing their eight appearances at the competition will be seeking to stage yet another feat in this year’s championships after failing to qualifier for the last edition which was held in Equatorial Guinea.
 
The 2014 African women championships will be hosted by Namibia in August.
