Ghanaian
striker John Antwi has revealed he is enjoying the style of Egyptian football
ever since he arrived in the country.
Antwi, 23,
who plays for Egyptian side Ismaily have been impressive since joining the
Yellow Dragons at the start of the 2013-14 league season from Accra Hearts of
Oak scoring 10 goals in 18 games for the 3 time Egypt champions.
In an
Exclusive interview with SPORTS LOUNGE, the former Sekondi Eleven wise and
Dreams FC striker says he is really enjoying his time in Egypt.
“Well I can
say I have really enjoyed my stay here ever since I arrived. I like the type of
football being played here. It makes me enjoy playing anytime am on the field.
And about the game here, I think it’s not that easy but with hard work and
determination I think everything will go on well for you”, he told SPORTS
LOUNGE exclusively.
Antwi’s
impressive performance so far has seen Ismaily at the 4th position
with 31 points after 19 games. 4 points adrift leaders Ittihad Al Shorta.
