FIFA APPOINTS BAHRAINS NAWAF SHUKRALLA TO HANDLE GHANA-PORTUGAL GAME




Bahrain's Nawaf Shukralla has been selected by FIFA to handle Ghana's final World Cup group match against Portugal on Thursday in Brasilia.

The 37 year old will be assisted by fellow countrymen Yaser Tulerat and Ebrahim Saleh, while the fourth and fifth officials will respectively be Colombia duo Wilmar Roldan and Eduardo Diaz.

Nawaf officiated at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup and has also officiated at other tournaments, including the AFC Champions League, the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup, and 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
