ASANTE KOTOKO TO LAND IN ACCRA TODAY FOR PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURE WITH INTER ALLIES




League leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko will touch down in Accra today ahead of their week 26 first Capital Plus premier league fixture with Inter Allies at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

According to a close source from the Porcupine warriors, the team is expected to touch down on Friday evening ahead of their crucial encounter with the Premier League debutants.

The reds who will be playing as homesters received an indefinite ban from their favorite grounds, the Babayara Sports Stadium after reports indicates that fans of the club attacked center referee during their league fixture with Hearts of Lions.

The defending league champions are on course to annex champions with five games to go. The Kumapem lads will be crowned champions if they manage to beat Inter Allies on Saturday and Hearts of Lions limp to Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast.

Kotoko lead the table with 51 points. Ten points more than Hearts of Lions who lie second.
