League
leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko will touch down in Accra today ahead of their week
26 first Capital Plus premier league fixture with Inter Allies at the Accra
Sports Stadium on Saturday.
According to
a close source from the Porcupine warriors, the team is expected to touch down
on Friday evening ahead of their crucial encounter with the Premier League
debutants.
The reds who
will be playing as homesters received an indefinite ban from their favorite
grounds, the Babayara Sports Stadium after reports indicates that fans of the
club attacked center referee during their league fixture with Hearts of Lions.
The
defending league champions are on course to annex champions with five games to
go. The Kumapem lads will be crowned champions if they manage to beat Inter
Allies on Saturday and Hearts of Lions limp to Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast.
Kotoko lead
the table with 51 points. Ten points more than Hearts of Lions who lie second.
