Black Stars
captain Asamoah Gyan scored three times in Al Ain’s 5-0 triumph over Alshaab in
the UAE Pro League on Thursday evening.
Gyan banked
in two first half goals before adding his 3rd 10min from time to
help his side thump the relegation threatening side 5-0. Al Ain duo Mohammed
Abdul Rahman and Rayyan Yaslam scored one goal each for the defending league
champions.
The Ghana
man has now increased his goal tally for Al Ain this season to 24 in 22
appearances. The 27 year old will be hoping to continue his shape ahead of the
FIFA World Cup.
