KOTOKO TO PLAY 3 MORE FRIENDLIES BEFORE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GAME




Ghana Premier League leaders, Asante Kotoko will play three more friendly matches as part of their ongoing training tour of the Eastern and Greater Accra regions.

Kotoko will play Crystal Palace at the Akosombo Textiles Limited (ATL) Park on Sunday January 19. The team will then move to Tema to play either Tema Youth or a Togolese Club at the Tema astro turf on Wednesday, January 22.

The Porcupine Warriors will then stay and train on the astro turf on Thursday, January 23 to allow the players familiarize themselves with the artificial pitch ahead of the second leg of the Champions League game against BYC of Liberia, which will be played on an astro turf.

Kotoko will afterwards arrive in Koforidua on the Friday, January 24 and will engage a Koforidua select side on Sunday, January 26 before returning to Kumasi to continue preparations for the Africa opening game on February 9.
The Fabulous lads began a residential camping at Akuse in the Eastern Region last Monday.
