and AC Milan stars Sulley Muntari says it will be amazing if fellow country man Micheal Essien joins him
at Milan.
Reports
in the media over the few weeks says Essien has been linked with a move to
Milan in the winter transfer and Muntari has expressed his desire to see his
fellow country man play with him at the San Sari
“Yea,
it would be amazing if Mike joins us (Milan). Everyone knows how great he is. I
spoke to him a couple of times. I hope he joins us cos he is an amazing player”.
Muntari said in an interview on GHone’s The Game.
Essien
has not have the best of times at Chelsea this season and reports indicates
that he might make a move away from the London Club this winter. The 31 year
old former Lyon man have also been linked with the likes of Galatasery,
Olympiacos and most recently Manchester United.
