BLACK QUEENS BEAT ETHIOPIA IN ADDISA ABABA IN AWC QUALIFIER.

The Black Queens of Ghana on Sunday afternoon recorded a 2-0 win over their Ethiopian counterparts in the first league of the African women championships qualifier far away Ethiopia.

The Queens who enplaned to Ethiopia as early as Wednesday in other to become accustomed  to the harsh weather condition in the East African country were able to stage a captivating performance in the city of Addisababa. Two goals from Striker Samira Suleman and Elizerberth Cudjo were all the Queens needed to make the second league a mere formality.

The Black Queens who are chasing their eight appearances at the competition will be seeking to stage yet another feat in this year’s championships after failing to qualify for the last edition which was held in Equatorial Guinea.
