GHANA’S PRE-WORLD CUP FRIENDLY OPPONENT SOUTH KOREA FALL IN WARM UP GAME




Ghana’s Pre-World Cup friendly opponent South Korea's World Cup warm-up preparations did not go to plan as they lost 1-0 to African side Tunisia at home on Wednesday.

The Koreans who were using the game as part of their preparation to the World Cup were piped in front of their home crowed at the Seoul World Cup Stadium who were having the opportunity to see their team for the last time before they set of for the Brazil tournament. 

Tunisia forward Zouheir Dhaouadi broke through the middle of the South Korean back four at the end of the first half to slot the ball past goalkeeper Jung Sung-ryeong.

Hong Myung-bo's side will now face Ghana in their final warm up game in the US on June 4th before the World Cup kick start on June 12.

The Black Stars however takes on the Netherlands on Saturday May 31st in a pre-World cup friendly in Rotterdam [Holland] before they face the South Koreans.
