Ghanaian
outfit Medeama SC have vowed to give a
good account of themselves in their CAF Confederation cup tier with Panthers of
Equatorial Guinea.
Medeama
who flew from Ghana to Equatorial Guinea on Thursday night according to reports
have touched down in the city of Malabo and has already held their first
training section.
Speaking
with management member of the club, Ebenezer Aidoo, He said the team have
received a warm reception in Malabo. He said all the players are well poised
and are determine to give in their all.
“Our
boys are very poised to give in all. In fact the moral in camp is very high. We
are going to give our best and bring good results to Ghana. This is our first
time in Africa and we have to give a very good account of ourselves like what
Chelsea did some few years back”. He told SPORTS
LOUNGE.
The
yellow and mauve are the only Ghanaian side playing away from home. The game
will take place at the Estadio de Malabo at exactly 3:00pm Ghana time.
