Organizers of the FA Cup Committee
on Wednesday released the shortlist of the various awards categories of the 2013/14
MTN FA Cup competition.
Outstanding players of the 122
teams that participated in the 2013/14 MTN FA Cup competition will be rewarded at
the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra on August 9.
Bechem United’s forward
Augustine Okrah who won the top scorer award in the First Capital Plus Premier League last season will be vying
for the best player award in the 2013/14 MTN FA Cup competition.
While Asante Kotoko head trainer Mas-Ud Didi Dramani who led the Porcupine Warriors to a double last season will also be locking horns with coach Herbert Addo who guided Inter Allies to the finals of the 2013/14 FA Cup.

Champions Asante Kotoko won
the 2013/2014 MTN FA Cup competition after beating Inter Allies 2-1 in the
finals at the Accra Sports Stadium to clinch their 8th FA Cup title.
