Berekum Chelsea forward Eric Bekoe has been declared a free
agent after acquiring his floating status from the Ghana FA.
The 27-year-old missed the 2013/14 season after suffering a
horrific set-back of an injury in August last year whiles training.
“At last I have been declared as a free player”, the former
Asante Kotoko marksman posted on his official facebook page on Thursday July
24.
This means the former Hearts of Lions and Liberty Professionals
attacker is free to join any Club of his choice.
The 2008 Ghana Premier League top scorer signed a two year
deal with the “Blues” in 2012 after terminating his contract with Egyptian side
Petrojet.
The prolific goal poacher is said to be a target for
Premier League sides, Hearts of Oak, Ashanti Gold, Medeama and New Edubiase. He
is also alleged to have received offers from European Clubs.
