The Black Princesses of Ghana on Saturday will take on Canadian
female side Berlington Bay Hawks Fc in their third warm up game as part of
their preparation for the up-coming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada.
Head Coach Bashiru Hayford has been engaging his side in
friendly games since touching down in Canada in other to prepare them for the
tournament.
The Princesses so far have played two friendlies with G-S
United and North Missisauga Panther FC, winning 2-0 and drawing 1-1
respectively.
Ghana will play two more friendlies after tomorrow’s game
before the tournament kick starts on August 5. Ghana is drawn in Group A with
Canada, Finland and North Korea.
The Princesses take on the host in the tournaments opening
game on August 5 at the National Stadium in Toronto.
