Christian Atsu scored his 5th goal of the season when Vitessi Ahiem
lost 3-4 to Cambuur Leeuwarden on Saturday night at the Cambuur Stadion.
The Ghanaian
struck on the 39th min after receiving a nice pass from Dutch
midfielder Davy Propper and placed it past the Cambuur goalkeeper to draw his side back on level
terms after the home side had shot themselves in from through Martin Berto and
Kelvin Leerdam’s own goal.

however shot Vitessi into the lead 11min into the second half, but the Vitas
could not hold their cadence as two quick goals by Cambuur duo Bartholomew
Ogbeche and Martin Berto in the 64th and 69th min
respectively saw Peter Bosz men loss 3-4.
The goal by
the 22 year old makes it his 5th of the season for Vitessi since
making his loan move from Chelsea to the Dutch side at the beginning of the
season.
