WORLD CUP BOOST: ISAAC VORSAH STARTS TRAINING

Reports indicate that Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah has began light training at his club Red Bull Sulzburg.

The 25 year old center back have been sidelined for the past eight months after picking up a torn anterior knee ligament in May last year.

But reports hints the former Hoffienhaiem defender has began training with his club. Vorsah who has remained a huge doubt for the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals after failing to win the fitness battle will be hoping to gain full strength ahead of the Mundial.

His experience will be needed at the back after playing at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Ghana head coach Kwasi Appiah will also be hoping to get his full back liners at the World Cup. Kwasi Appiah is expected to name a provisional 30 man squad in May.

  1. Vorsah together with Asamoah Gyan is a good combination.
