It was all
Ghanaian affair when Udinese and AC Milan battled each other on Saturday night
at the Stadio Friuli with Udinese running away with a one goal advantage after
they beat Milan 1-0 at the end of 90 min.
Black Stars
trio Agyemang Badu, Sulley Muntari and Micheal Essien were as usual named in
their respective teams. But it was Agyemang Badu who secured the bragging
rights after his side won all three points.
In the black
and white corner was Agyemang Badu whiles the black and red half saw duo
Micheal Essien and Sulley Muntari.
Muntari was
the only Ghanaian who got a starting place in the Milan team with Essien and
Badu starting from the bench for Milan and Udinese respectively. But it was
Udinese captain Antonia De Natalie who got the only goal of the game in the 67th
min.
Sulley
Muntari who was the only Ghanaian to start the game among the three was booked
in the 11th min and was substituted in the 71st min.
Fellow team mate Micheal Essien came on in the 57th min for Milan. With
Agyemang Badu coming on to play the last 5min for Udinese.
The win for
Udinese however sees Agyemang Badu secure the bragging rights over his Ghanaian
pals from Milan.
