Premier
League side Berekum Chelsea on Sunday was crashed of the CAF Champions league
after losing 2-0 to Libyan outfit Al Ahly Benghazi far away Tunisia.
Chelsea had
gone into the game with a slim chance of advancing into the next stage after
they were held by the Libyans to a 1-1 draw in the first league played in
Berekum.
Chelsea
exist thus leaves Ghana with no representative in this year’s CAF Champions league
after Asante Kotoko exited the competition in the first round.
