EBUSUA DWARFS CAPTAIN CONFIDENT TEAM WILL STAY IN THE LEAGUE

Ebusua Dwarfs captain Stephen Aidoo has stated that the Club has high hopes of maintaining themselves in the domestic top flight. Aidoo, who is popularly known as “Aponkye” by football enthusiast said in an interview with SPORTS LOUNGE that although the team currently lie at the bottom of the table, he still believe they can keep themselves in the league.

“It has been a difficult season for us. We have not had the best of seasons. But I still believe we can keep ourselves in the league. There is ten more games to go and all is not over yet. We just have to keep on working hard”. He told SPORTS LOUNGE.

Dwarfs are currently lying bottom on the league log with two games in hand. The Abontuabontua boys who faced an elimination in the CAF Confederation cup last Sunday after losing 4-0 to Petro Athletico de Luanda in Angola face a heavy task as they travel to Takwa to play in form Meadeam SC at the Takwa and Aboso Park on Sunday.
