BLACK MAIDENS FLY OUT TO COSTA RICA




The female national under 17 team the black maidens have enplaned from the USA (Alabama) to Costa Rica ahead of their World Cup campaign which kicks start from the March 15th.

The team who has been camping in the US for the past two weeks played four friendly games with selected Universities winning three and losing one. The maidens enplaned with a 29 man contingent including players and officials.

Ghana is locked up in a tricky Group B comprising of Germany, North Korea and Canada. The 2012 bronze medalist kick start their campaign with North Korea on March 15, before facing Germany three days later and then complete their group games on March 22 with Canada.
