Head coach
of premier league side New Edubiase United, Anthony Commey says he is eyeing to
qualify the team to Africa this season.
Speaking
with SPORTS LOUNGE at TheTema Park,
Commey says he is hoping to win the FA Cup with the Bekwai lads in other to
qualify them to Africa.
“All though
we lost, I am still working had to keep the team in a respectable position and
as well win the FA Cup to qualify the team to Africa”, He told SPORTS LOUNGE
Edubiase
last qualified to Africa in 2012 when they made their maiden appearance after
beating Ashanti Gold to lift the MTN FA Cup.
The team has
been drawn with first division side Feyenood in the round of 16 stages in this
year’s FA Cup tournament.
